FOR ROOTED DEVICES
The SONY`s PLAYSTATION MOBILE APP is out but only to certain number of devices(xperia,HTC).
No problem with a simple hack and a rooted device you will be able to install the PLAYSTATION MOBILE .APK.
This is not a sure thing there are devices that works on but also devices that get a force closing error.

2.Download the flashable zip:HERE
3.Flash the zip from custom recovery, like ClockworkMod or TWRP. This relies on having busybox, which if you're rooted, you likely already do.
4.Now instal the PLAYSTATION MOBILE APK and register for a Sony Entertaniment Network account.
